Reminder Next meet is Monday March 16th at Kowloon Tsai Park - 4.00- 5.00pm
Bus will depart from school at 3.30pm opposite the MTR
This is a NO sports day for Music students - If you have Music you will not be permitted to compete.

Welcome to the ICS Track & Field webpage for 2008-2009 season.
This is the first of a number of postings we hope to make over the next 8 weeks of Track & Field for season 3 sports. In this posting I will be giving details on the following
1. List of coaches for Track & Field for Middle & High School
2. Schedule for practices
3. Schedule for interschool Mini Meets for Track & Field
4. Other information, Uniforms, Track & Field Rules, Student Information Form

If you have any questions please feel free to contact the appropriate coach for information.
2. Schedule for practices
Monday - 3.30pm- 5.00pm HS Only – Fitness Centre or Gym
Tuesday - 3.30pm- 5.00pm MS Only –
Wednesday - 3.30pm- 4.30pm MS& HS Shatin Sports Ground
Thursday - 3.30pm- 5.00pm MS& HS
Please note it is very difficult to secure venues in Hong Kong for Track & Field event competitors to train & practice for events. Therefore, coaches and Athletes need to think outside the square when it comes to finding area’s to train & practice.

4. Information to assist you
Uniforms Students will be issued with a uniform from their coaches and will be required to pay a deposit of $300 – this will be returned at the end of the season.
